IN ORDER TO EXCHANGE YOUR KEY FROM LAST YEAR OR GET A KEY FOR NEW MEMBERS: SEE BELOW

RETURNING MEMBERS

1.    You've reviewed the rules and  have checked "Renew" on their membership tab

2.    Payment by Interac has already been made. 

3.    You have registered for one of the many Key exchange pick up events on our site

4.    You have with you, last year's lanyard and key

1.    You've emailed -reviewed our website rules and we have set up your account

2.    Payment by Interac has already been made

3.    You have registered for one of the many Key exchange pick up events on our site

FOR EVERYONE

1.    Please be on time - we also end on time

2.    As always -you can send a delegate to exchange or pick up your key,  Email us their name and ( for renewing) make sure they have your key and lanyard or we will not provide the new key and lanyard.

3.    If you are late -cancel your missed registration and register for another date and time
