MANY THANKS TO THOSE WHO LOGGED IN, REVIEWED THE RULES, STARTED THE RENEWAL PROCESS AND EMAILED THEIR PAYMENT , REGISTERED AND PICKED UP THEIR KEY , OR EXCHANGED THEIR OLD KEY AND LANYARD DURING MAY!

Membership MONTH ENDED MAY 31ST, 2026
If you missed all the May opportunities and the extended weekend of June 6th and 7th. Your only option is to register for the next maintenance day. We only do key exchange/ pick up the first hour only, so be there during that time. We have work to do and will not use the whole maintenance time for keys.
Out of area memberships has reached its limit, we are no longer offering out of the area memberships for 2026-2027. If you want to be on the waitlist for 2027-2028, please email pinebeachloa@gmail.com
We are always looking for student volunteers. Do your kids or their friends need volunteer hours for school? Check the maintenance days, best time to volunteer. If your teenagers need hours email us.
As always, anything to do with membership or the park, if you can't find it in the website, email us asap at pinebeachloa@gmail.com. Please do not message on Facebook or add questions on Posts. Our Facebook Page is for marketing, announcements, pictures etc. It is a public page for anyone not just members of PBLOA.

Please go to our website https://pbla.wildapricot.org read all the rules and regulations online (VERY IMPORTANT), the membership is not just about getting access and a key, there are responsibilities to membership that you need to review and be in agreement.

Only the family residing with you are considered members. Once we receive your information, you will get an invoice, send your email transfer to this email address and register for your key pick up also for the following maintenance closest to when you pay. 1 KEY AND LANYARD PER HOUSEHOLD which remains the property of the Association and has to be returned on renewal next year or if you are not renewing.
Who we are Pine Beach waterfront park is a private park under a member association of landowners from Pine Beach Drive to Glenwoods Avenue, west of The Queensway. We do offer memberships for residents out of this area at a higher fee per household. In 2012, Pine Beach was chosen as the site of a Rewilding pilot project. We exist to protect the status and develop the park for the enjoyment of all our members but primarily for our in area voting members. Our goal is never to get as many members as we can or to sell keys and provide water access. When you become a member, you participate in all the responsibilities while enjoying the beautiful park that we have.
| BECOME A MEMBERNew members: We strongly encourage you to join during the Membership drive May 1st to May 31, 2027. We are not taking memberships prior to May 1st, 2026. Joining after May 31st will create delays. For in area members only: There are no pro rata calculations on the fee whether you join in May or in August, there will be no special arrangement for keys. If you wait to renew after the May membership drive, your account will need to be reactivated, when we receive your full payment, you will get your key on the next maintenance day for that month. We have a full schedule of things to do at the park as well as enjoying it. Thank you to all those who have renewed and paid on time, welcome back! And welcome to all our new members in and out of area!
