IN ORDER TO GET YOUR NEW KEY

Please come during the allotted time
You have made the e-transfer for your full fee $76.50 in area, $31.50 in area seniors, $101.50 for Out of area
Bring your key and lanyard from last year
If you have designated someone to pick up for you: you need to email us their name and give them your key and lanyard from last year if you are renewing.

If the above isn't done, you will be making the trip for nothing

Deadline to register is the day prior to avoid any delays at pick up.

FINAL- If you missed the 14 opportunities to register for key exchange or Pick up and if you renew or are approved to join after May 31st, you will need to get your key on the next maintenance day. There are NO special arrangements.

About the association

Pine Beach waterfront Park is a private park under a non-profit member association of landowners from Pine Beach Drive to Glenwoods Avenue, west of The Queensway. We do offer memberships for residents out of this area at a higher fee per household.
