1. All in-area member should make a point to attend and all out of area members are encouraged to attend as we have a lot of information to share.
2. In area members only can vote
   
3. If it rains - we will have the meeting on Zoom
4. Agenda will be provided 2 weeks before the meeting -apologies on the timing
