ANNOUNCEMENTS
MAY membership month has come to an end. We were at the park 14 times (listed in Events), had our first successful Maintenance day.
THANK YOU TO ALL THE MEMBERS WHO FOLLOW THE WEBSITE AND DIRECTIONS. IT HAS MADE THIS PROCESS SO SEAMLESS AND EASY AND WE APPRECIATE THE SUPPORT FOR ALL THE TIME WE SPEND NOT ONLY AT THE PARK BUT AT THE COMPUTER AND IN MEETINGS STARTING IN MARCH TO PREP FOR MEMBERSHIP MONTH AND FOR THE SEASON!
We now need to turn our attention to the regular activities, maintenance, repairs, events that need to happen, as well as have time ourselves to enjoy the park and the summer with our families.

- Read the rules on your website-make sure you are willing to commit to abide by all the rules. When you pay and become a member it is legally implied that you have read and have agreed to ALL the rules and regulations laid out in the whole website. If not you're not willing to agree, save yourself and our association unnecessary grief and time. Please seek membership elsewhere.
- Click the renew button to get your invoice generated
- You will then receive an invoice. Please pay the invoice by email transfer asap pinebeachloa@gmail.com (NO CASH OPTION AFTER MAY)
- Register for the next maintenance day in Events VERY IMPORTANT Go to events, register and email if you're only coming to exchange your key and lanyard.
- Don't forget to bring your key and lanyard from last year

If you were not a member last year but you were before or your account was archived and does not show the renew button and it's after May 31st, please email us with the Subject line "Account Issue".
FEES HAVE not increased:
IN AREA (Pine Beach to Glenwoods, West of the Queensway -not incl the Queensway) $31.50 for senior, $76.50 everyone else per household/per year.
Out of area membership is full for 2025-2026
OUT OF AREA Anywhere other than (Pine Beach to Glenwoods, West of the Queensway -not incl the Queensway) $101.50

- Email us to let us know if you're taking a break or moving away and won't be back-it makes a difference on the website.
- Put your full name and address on an envelope, put your key and lanyard from last year, seal and drop in the mailbox on the gate.
PAYMENTS
THE PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT AT THIS TIME IS E-TRANSFER TO THE PINE BEACH EMAIL-IT GETS DEPOSITED DIRECTLY IN THE PBLOA ACCOUNT. NO CASH TRANSACTIONS AFTER MAY 31ST FOR MEMBERSHIP except for boat launch keys.
The payment function on the site is NOT set up, it requires many extra fees which the Board has determined not to be a wise and necessary expense. The e-transfer fee of $1.50 is the lowest.
We are always looking for student volunteers. Do you or your friends need volunteer hours for school? Check the maintenance days, best time to volunteer. If your teenagers need hours email us.
As always, anything to do with membership or the park, if you can't find it in the website, email us asap at pinebeachloa@gmail.com. Please do not message on Facebook or add questions on Posts. Our FB Page is for marketing, announcements, pictures etc. It is a public page for anyone not just members of PBLOA.

Who we are Pine Beach waterfront park is a private park under a member association of landowners from Pine Beach Drive to Glenwoods Avenue, west of The Queensway. We do offer memberships for residents out of this area at a higher fee per household. In 2012, Pine Beach was chosen as the site of a Rewilding pilot project. We exist to protect the status and develop the park for the enjoyment of all our members but primarily for our in area voting members. Our goal is never to get as many members as we can or to sell keys and provide water access. When you become a member, you participate in all the responsibilities while enjoying the beautiful park that we have.
| BECOME A MEMBERNew members: We strongly encourage you to join during the Membership drive May 1st to May 31, 2025. We are not taking memberships prior to May 1st. Joining after May 31st will create delays. For in area members only: There are no pro rata calculations on the fee whether you join in May or in August, there will be no special arrangement for keys. If you wait to renew after the May membership drive, your account will need to be reactivated, when we receive your full payment, you will get your key on the next maintenance day for that month. We have a full schedule of things to do at the park as well as enjoying it. For in area newcomers moving in after June 1st: Please email us for more information.
